FILING A COMPLAINT FORM WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION

If your issue concerns one of the above frequently asked questions, please contact the appropriate agency noted above.

Although we often help consumers resolve their complaints, we cannot represent individuals in their private legal disputes. We encourage consumers to send us information about suspect practices because this helps us identify frauds and scams and determine our enforcement priorities. In cases where there is a pattern of illegal business practices, the Consumer Protection Division may take legal action to enforce the law on behalf of the public.
